IFS Training: Richard Schwartz‘s Internal Family Systems Institute provides training in IFS to practitioners through intensive programs called Level One, Level Two and Level Three. At any point a year or after taking a Level One training a practitioner can apply to become a Certified IFS Therapist with IFS-I by completing further learning, supervision and by having had their work reviewed and accepted by an approved IFS-I certifier. Derek Scott also provides training in IFS and anyone that has completed his Skills and Competencies Course is considered IFS Informed.
IFIO Training: Intimacy from The Inside Out (IFIO) is a form of couples therapy with its roots in IFS. Toni Herbine-Blank and the IFS-I provide a special Level Two (IFIO) that teaches this couples protocol. In addition Toni provides Advanced IFIO trainings.
I blend IFS and NVC to help my clients develop of a conscious lifestyle of Self-leadership.
I work with many men in their 20s and early-30s to help them find purpose, establish goals and establish healthy relationships as they prepare to seek partners and start families.
I also have worked, and am working with, experienced therapists who are new to IFS seeking a blend of facilitation with their parts and support in their learning and practice of the model.
I am developing new groups regularly and post them as they become available. I seek to create container spaces that allow us to expand our practice of partswork and Self-leadership in ways that will develop greater understanding of the model and how to integrate it into our relationships and lifestyles. I work with clients and their partners to develop better habits of authentic communication and to create helpful practices for supporting one another where their respective parts tend to disconnect, shut down, etc.
